We are living in competitive world and GATE one of the most competitive exams. Few fields of engineering have a over hundred thousand students taking up GATE. There are multiple factors for it. The first one is that many students are not satisfied with their level of knowledge at Engineering level. Second important motivation is PSUs offering jobs based on performance in GATE exam.
