IIT Mandi M.Tech Admission 2024: Indian Institute of Technology IIT Mandi invites applications for admission in various M.Tech programs for the semester commencing from July 2024.
IIT Mandi applications have to be submitted Online only. The website for online applications is open from March 2024. Admission will be the basis of the GATE score and personal interview.
All department and category-wise IIT Mandi GATE cutoffs are available at IIT Mandi M.Tech Cutoffs.
Students seeking admission in M.Tech course at IIT Mandi have to fill out the online application form and register for Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP). Seats are allotted through COAP on the basis of scores in GATE in the order of merit.
Admission to the M.Tech programme of the Institute is open to all Regular applicants with assistantship through GATE Score. B.Tech students graduated/graduated from IITs having a CGPA of 8.00 can apply for M. Tech without a GATE score.

Candidates appearing for final examinations of their B. Tech program with a valid GATE 2022 score can also apply. Admission is offered provisionally for such candidates. At the time of the Interview / Written Test / Counseling / Spot Admissions or combination or at the time of joining, they must bring a certificate in original from the head of Institute stating that by July 2022 (or the date notified by the Institute), will have appeared for the examination in all subjects required for obtaining his/her B. Tech degree. In case such candidates fail to secure the above-mentioned qualification, the provisional admission will be terminated with immediate effect.

IIT Mandi M.Tech Admission 2024 Online Application
- Candidates should apply online IIT Mandi Admission Portal 2024 before April 2024.
- It is also mandatory for all candidates with valid GATE scores to register at COAP (Common Offer Acceptance Portal) and use the COAP registration number while filling the application form of IIT Mandi.

IIT Mandi M.Tech Admission 2024 Basis of Selection
The Institute reserves the right to provide admission via COAP. If required, the admissions committee can call a limited number of candidates for written test/interview/counseling/spot admission or combination, based on performance in GATE, grades/marks in the qualifying examination, UG, etc. Reservation policies as per prevailing rules will be followed.
