IIT Tirupati M.Tech Admission: IIT Tirupati offers M. Tech Programme Applications are invited for admission into M.Tech. Programmes for the academic year. All department and category-wise IIT Tirupati GATE cutoffs are available at IIT Tirupati M.Tech Cutoffs.
IIT Tirupati applications have to be submitted Online only. The website for the online application is open from March. Admission will be the basis of GATE scores and personal interviews.
Students seeking admission in the M.Tech course at IIT Tirupati have to fill out the online application form and register for Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP). Seats are allotted through COAP on the basis of GATE Score in the order of merit. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology from Educational Institutions approved by AICTE/ Government can also apply to IIT Tirupati.
Admission to the M.Tech programme of the Institute is open to all Regular applicants with assistantship ( through GATE) B.Tech students who graduated/graduated from IITs having a CGPA 8.00 or above (out of 10) Sponsored applicants can also apply at IIT Tirupati.

IIT Tirupati M.Tech Online Application
- All the candidates must register with COAP and Enter the COAP registration number
- The candidate must register using ‘Create Account’ at the login menu Upon registration, the candidate will receive an activation link to the registered mail ID. In case, the candidate gets a ‘User already exists’ message, please select an available username
- Candidate must choose ‘Apply Online’ and complete the application form
- You can generate a PDF application using the link available in the Print Application menu take a print for future use.

IIT Tirupati at the time of admission candidate has to pay Institute Fees and Semester Fees amount of 20,050/- plus Hostel fees payable at the time of admission is the amount of 34,200 /-
