I received many requests from different states for list of colleges who give admissions for Master of Engineering or Technology M.E or M.Tech with you any GATE scores. After careful survey and study I made a list of private engineering colleges and state universities that offer M.Tech or MS in India.
AICTE has maintained a strict norm for giving permissions to private engineering colleges to start M.Tech in India. Therefore the listed colleges are quite old and have sufficient infrastructure to rated as best colleges in those states. For list of NITs you can visit All NITs In India Ranking and for List of IITs you can visit Top Engineering colleges in India.
Though the fee structure varies from college to college, you will be granted scholarships and financial support by different organizations if you clear the exams like GATE or some research lab fellowship exams.
I tried my best to give a comprehensive statewise list of engineering college all over India to help students. Also you can try neighboring states as for master degree you can study at any state and the concept of local student can override.

zahid,i have a question…. There are no ststistics present anywhere regarding placement of MS in iits.There is data only about Btech and mtech….can you please highlight this….i know the difference between two…
Rachit: as the number of MS students are very less and usually they have three years program (not well defined, completing the course depends on completion of their dissertation) they appear in placements after m.techs or whatever next placements are there.
Usually they work on some research topics and usually go for research organizations or phd abroad, that is why dont hear much about their placements.

I have gone through various contents on the diffrent topics. I want to know is there any means by which we can get into iit on nit for mba corse without cat/mat/xat.. in short any of such type of entrence except for the institute itself except like snap. in all just like getting into colleges for m.tech without gate similar to that….. is it possible to get into diffrent top college s of mba without such cat type exams.?
