Punjab Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria 2025
- 85% of the total seats will be reserved for candidates belonging to the state of Punjab (state quota seats), while the remaining 15% is open to all candidates under All India category.
- Candidates must have passed Class 10th (SSLC) or equivalent exam with Math, Science, and English.
- Candidates must have Math, Science and English as a compulsory subject.
- There is no age criteria for admission in diploma courses.
Punjab Polytechnic Application Form 2025
Punjab Polytechnic course in Punjab must register for the online application on the official website.
- Candidates must fill out the application form and enter personal, educational, and communication details.
- Candidates must upload the mandatory documents along with the application. It includes the qualifying mark sheets, certificates, photographs and signature.
- Candidates have to pay the application fee in online mode for Punjab Polytechnic 2025 through (net banking/credit card/debit card)

Punjab Polytechnic Counselling 2025
The Punjab Polytechnic authorities will conduct the counselling of Punjab Polytechnic 2025 in online mode. Three rounds of Punjab Polytechnic counselling 2025 will be conducted.
- The candidate must first register on the official website of the counselling process in online mode. They must fill the application form and upload the required documents to be considered for the counselling process.
- Punjab Diploma Polytechnic counselling process is conducted in three rounds. Those candidates who successfully register for the first round of counselling will have an option to choose the course and institute according to the preference.
- In the first round of counselling candidates from all states can participate for admission. Once the result of the 1st round of counselling is declared on the official website, the candidate can take a printout of provisional allotment letter, deposit the initial admission fees and report at the allotted institute for admission. The candidates can make the payment of fees online by login to candidates account.
