Manipur Polytechnic Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualifications
SSC must be completed by the applicant who wants to get admission to the institution.
One must have passed the HSC exam from a recognized board or university to get admission in a pharmacy course. - Mandatory subjects
Applicants who want to get admission in pharmacy courses in the universities must have physics, chemistry, biology, or mathematics as mandatory subjects in the HSC exams. - Qualifying marks
Applicants must have scored not less than 45% marks in the HSC exam to apply for B.Sc. Nursing course in the universities.
However, applicants who belong to the reserved category must score a minimum of 40% marks in the HSC exams. - Domicile
One should be a permanent resident of Manipur state to get admission, and applicants need to provide a valid domicile certificate of Manipur state at the time of admission.
Those applicants are also eligible to apply whose parents are employees of the state government of Manipur or a body owned by the government of Manipur. - Age criteria
The lower age limit decided by the authorities for the applicants is not less than 15 years at the time of admission.
The upper age limit which is decided by the official authorities is not more than 22 years at the time of admission as of 1st July 2024 (25 years in case of reserved category applicants). - Relaxation
Official authorities have provided 3 years of relaxation to the applicants who belong to the reserved category in the upper age limit. - Medical Fitness
However, the applicants must be medically fit at the time of admission.
The applicants need to provide a valid medical fitness certificate at the time of admission.
