OJEE Eligibility Criteria Odisha Joint Entrance Examination will be conducted for admission into B.Pharm, MBA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Tech (Part-Time), M.Arch, M Plan, M.Pharm, MBA & Lateral Entry to B.Tech, B.Pharm courses in government and private universities and colleges of Odisha. OJEE Eligibility Criteria is given below in detail.

OJEE Eligibility Criteria

OJEE Eligibility Criteria is common for all courses

  • Age limit: The minimum age limit of the applicants is 17 years as of 31st December
  • Domicile: The applicants must belong to Odisha state
  • Educational Qualification: The applicants must have completed HSC exams (class 12th) from a recognized state board for Under Graduate (UG) course. The applicants who want to get admission to Post Graduate (PG) course must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Stream: Science stream is mandatory for the applicants to clear the class 12th
  • Mandatory subjects: The applicants must have completed their HSC exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology / Electronics as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.

StreamPassed Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
Obtained at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
B PHARM
(4 Years)
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology subject.
LE – TECH
(3 Years)
Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology.
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
OR
Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.
(the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream)
(The Universities may offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning outcomes of the programme)

LE PHARM

Passed Diploma examination in a Programme with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate Programme.
MBA

Passed Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration.
Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
MCA
(2 Years)
Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree.
Integrated MBA (5 years)Passed 10+2 examination.
Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
M.TECH/ M.ARCH/ M.PLAN

Passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
M.PHARM

Passed Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
Obtained at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

OJEE Exam Reservation Criteria

  • Candidates belonging to Odisha State  will be eligible for admission based on their rank in the merit list in the Government & Private colleges.
  • Candidates belonging to outside states candidates are not eligible for admission in Government. Colleges to Engineering/ MBA /MCA courses and under any of the Lateral Entry programs.
