IIT Hyderabad M.Tech Admission Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad offers Admission to M.Tech programmes Applications are invited for admission into M.Tech. Programmes for the academic year. For all previous and latest IIT Hyderabad GATE cutoffs do visit IIT Hyderabad M.Tech cutoffs.
IIT Hyderabad applications have to be submitted Online only. The website for online applications is open from March. Admission will be the basis of GATE score, Written Test, and Interview. All qualified GATE candidates who intend to apply to IIT Hyderabad for M.Tech admission must register at the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP). The COAP Registration number will be required at the time of filling out the online M.Tech application form at IIT Hyderabad portal. Seats are allotted through COAP on the basis of scores in GATE in the order of merit.

B.Tech. or an equivalent degree in the relevant degree of engineering Or M.Sc. degree in Chemical Science/ Materials Science/ Physical Science or relevant stream provided the candidate has passed B.Sc./ B.Sc. (Hons.) Examination with Chemistry/ Physics/ Mathematics and Computer Science/ Statistics. Valid GATE score (in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering and Valid GATE score in Mechanical Engineering or related branch of engineering)

All applications must be submitted online at IIT Hyderabad official website. If you are applying for more than one discipline, please submit a separate application for each discipline. After the successful submission of the application form, you will receive an application number and a link to download the application form. Please save the application form. You need to furnish a hard copy of the application form and self-attested copies of all the relevant documents at the time of the interview.
