IIT Ropar M.Tech Admission 2024: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar offers M.Tech admission 2024 in various Disciplines and Programmes by different departments of the Institute. The total duration of the M.Tech. programme consists of four semesters.
IIT Ropar applications have to be submitted Online only. The website for the online application is open on March 2024. Admission will be in the order of merit as per the GATE score and personal interview.
All department and category wise IIT Ropar GATE cutoffs are available at IIT Ropar M.Tech Cutoffs.
Students seeking admission in M.Tech course at IIT Ropar have to fill out the online application form and register for Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP). Seats are allotted through COAP on the basis of scores in GATE in the order of merit.

IIT Ropar M.Tech Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E/B.Tech.) or in an appropriate area from educational institutions approved by AICTE/Government.
- Master’s degree in Science/Computer Application or equivalent in the appropriate area.
- IIT Graduate/Graduating from IITs with B.Tech. Degree and having CGPA of 8.0 (on a scale of 10) (CGPA of 7.5 for SC/ST/PD candidates)can apply without a GATE score
