UKSEE – Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination (UKSEE) is a state level exam for admission into first year of MCA, BHMCT, B.Pharm, MBA, M.Pharm, M.Tech, and to lateral entry second year of B.Tech. & B.Pharm, MCA programmes offered at University Departments and Government/Private Institutes of Uttarakhand for the academic year 2025-26.
- The lateral entry seats for B. Tech., B. Pharma., and MCA, shall be filled by Uttarakhand Candidates only
- Incomplete application forms will not be accepted
- If a candidate, who is not eligible to appear in the Test, does so, he/she will not have any claim whatsoever for admission
- Use of a calculator and mobile phones during the examination is strictly prohibited
- Candidate is required to write their Roll Numbers only at the space provided on the question booklet (front page) and the OMR answer sheet
- After filling the application forms candidates are required to download their admit cards which will be sent to them online after a week or so.

Candidates are advised to read the information written in the brochure completely before proceeding to the application form
- Candidates will have to fill out the application form and fee through online mode only.
- Candidates eligible for their desired courses can submit the application form
- Candidates are being informed to submit the application form and fee before the lapse of the deadline or else the applications will not be considered and rejected.
- Candidates likely to appear in more than one course must submit a separate application form for their respective courses.
- Candidates will have to upload their recent passport-size photographs (35mm×45mm) in the given space.
- Candidates are requested to take the printout of the duly filled form and keep it safely with them

B.Tech Lateral Entry to 2nd year` | 1) Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved Institution; with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology. 2) Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject. 3) Provided that in case of students belonging to B. Sc. Stream, shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics / Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering program along with the second year subjects. 4) Provided further that, the students belonging to B. Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream 5) Provided further that students, who have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology from an AICTE approved Institution or B. Sc Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, shall also be eligible for admission to the first year Engineering Degree courses subject to vacancies in the first year class in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. However the admissions shall be based strictly on the eligibility criteria as mentioned in A, B,C, and D above. |

USKEE Counselling
The eligible candidates who get selected through UKSEE – 2024 will get admission against available state/state quota seats by counseling on a merit cum choice basis
Counselling will be made on available seats on the day of counseling. The candidate will be responsible for collecting information from the website University will not own any responsibility for the information other than the website
The decisions taken by the examination authority for admissions of students for various government and private colleges will be considered as the final result. Candidates will be getting available state and state quota seats on a merit cum choice basis.
- Counselling will begin right after the declaration of the merit list.
- In the Counselling seats will be allocated on the basis of merit secured by the candidates who have given the exam.
- Counselling will begin in the third week of June 2021 tentatively.
- Candidates who will be selected for counselling will have to submit ₹1000 in the form of DD in favor of the Finance Controller, UTU payable at Dehradun at the time of counselling.
- Lateral entry seats will be filled by Uttarakhand candidates only.

Who can apply Uksee?
Students must have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized college or university and must have mathematics subject at 10+2 or graduation level. In the qualifying exam, students must have scored 50% marks for general and 45% marks for reserved categories.
