REAP 2024: Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) Rajasthan Technical University conducts REAP for candidates seeking admission to B.E/ B.Tech and B.Arch. The admission procedure will be conducted on behalf of government-aided and private unaided technical institutions of Rajasthan.

The candidates are advised to carefully eligibility before applying for B.E. / B.Tech. and B.Arch. courses through REAP-2023.The REAP-2023 application form is to be submitted online on the web portal. The candidate must carefully fill in all the details as required in the online application form.

REAP 2024 Eligibility B.E./ B.Tech

The eligibility criterion for admission in the first year of B.E./B.Tech course in REAP

• There is no age limit for admission in B.E./B.Tech. or B. Arch. Courses for candidates
• Candidate must passed class 10+2 (12th ) examinations with Physics and/or Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship. (Any of the three)
• Candidate must obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category SC/ ST/ Non creamy layer OBC/ Non creamy layer MBC and PwD category of Rajasthan State) in the above subjects taken together in the final examination of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan(RBSE) or Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any other examination recognized and equivalent thereto by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan/Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)

REAP 2024 Eligibility B.Arch

The minimum academic qualifications for admission to 1st year of B.Arch. 5 year Course

• There is no age limit for admission in B.E./B.Tech. or B. Arch. Courses for candidates
• No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Subjects or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject.
• Candidates needs to qualify an Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted by the council
• The weightage of 50 percent marks for aptitude tests and 50 percent marks in the qualifying examination as provided in sub-regulation will be given for admission to 1st year of B.Arch. Course.

REAP 2024 Admission in B.E./B.Tech. & B.Arch. courses under Management quota

Admission against 15% of total intake in management seats in private colleges will be completed by institutes latest by strictly as per eligibility mentioned above for B.E./B.Tech. and B.Arch. respectively and as per guidelines issued by Govt.
of Rajasthan and Convenor REAP 2024 in this regard. The application fee will be charged Rs 250/- (Rupees Two hundred fifty Only) per candidate by the concerned college/university and the collected fee has to be deposited to REAP-2024 office before the last date of admission notified in the schedule of activities.

REAP 2024 Medical Fitness

• Height: Not less than 1.5 m for male candidates and not less than 1.4 m for female candidates.
• Weight: Not less than 41 kg for male candidates and 37 kg for female candidates.
• Chest Measurement: Not less than 69 cm with satisfactory limits of expansion and contraction (for male candidates only)
• Heart & Lungs: No abnormality.
• Hernia, Hydrocele, Piles, etc.: The presence of any of these will be a temporary disqualification to be rectified before joining the courses of study.
• Vision: Normal. Where defective, it must be corrected to 6/9 in the better eye and 6/12 in the worse eye. Eyes should be free from congenital and other diseases. In case of admission to Mining Engineering courses, the candidates must be free from color blindness (inability to distinguish between principal colors) also.
• Hearing: Normal. Where defective, it must be corrected.
• Speech: Normal
• The doctor will also have to certify that the candidate is medically fit for the engineering profession.

REAP 2024 Reservation

As prescribed by the Government of Rajasthan the reservation on all types of seats in Autonomous Engineering Colleges of Rajasthan, Government Universities, and Private Technical Institutes (Except Management Quota) will
be made subject to the prevalent statutory provisions of the State of Rajasthan 16% for SC candidates, 12% for ST candidates, 21% for candidates belonging to the non-creamy layer OBC category, 10% for Economical weaker section (EWS) candidates, and 5% for candidates belonging to non-creamy layer MBC category As per the state government

Instructions for Filling REAP Exam 2024 Online Application Cum Registration Form and College Choice Form

1. REAP Exam 2024 online submission of application and college choice form shall be carried out through the REAP-2024 portal only

• The candidate must read the instructions carefully before filling out the online application cum registration form.
• Candidates should keep all required documents including photographs and signatures with them for hassle-free form filling.
• Candidates have to upload photographs and Signatures in JPG format and all the requisite documents in PDF format as given
• Scanned image of his/her Photograph (file size up to 100 KB), Signature (file size up to 50 KB), Mark sheets of class 12th Science or Diploma, and Different Category certificates (file size up to 150 KB for each document). The uploaded photograph and signature should be clear and Documents should be legible.
• All mandatory entries in the online application cum registration form must be filled.
• Candidates have to fill, out the College Choice form after successful completion of the application form, the candidate can fill in as many choices available to him/her.
• The changes are allowed in the Online Application cum registration form and College Choice form before final submission before pressing the “Submit/Lock” button on the web portal.
• It will not be possible to make further modification in the Application Form and/or College Choice Form in any circumstances after successful submission by pressing the “Submit/Lock” button on the web portal

2. Candidates will receive confirmation E-mail/ message at registered E-mail ID/ Mobile No. after successful submission of the Application cum Registration form and College Choice form.

3. Candidates must take Printouts/ Hardcopy only after the final submission of the online application form and college choice form.

REAP 2024 Counselling

There would be three main rounds of centralized counseling in the admission process of REAP-2022 (B.E. / B.Tech. and B. Arch.) except management quota admission.

First Round of Counselling
In the First Round, candidates belonging to Kashmiri Migrants (KM), Ex-Servicemen, and persons with special abilities (PwD ) category of Rajasthan Domicile will be given an allotment of seats based on the merit list.

Second Round of Counselling
In the Second Round [A] Upward Movement for Candidates of first-round candidates belongs to Kashmiri Migrants (KM), Ex-Servicemen, and persons with special abilities (PwD ) category of Rajasthan Domicile). Who had their choice exhausted in the first round of allotment or those who had reported in the allotted institute and opted for Upward movement through a REAP-2022 web portal, would be given Upward Movement allotment, and Counselling for the rest of the Candidates will be done. They would be given an allotment of seats based on the merit list.

Third Round of Counselling
In the Third Round Upward Movement Counselling for Candidates of Round-II, Who had their choice exhausted in the second round of allotment or those who had reported in the allotted institute and opted for Upward movement through REAP-2024 web portal] would be given Upward movement allotment. The candidates of Round-II who do not report in the allotted institute after allotment of seat are not eligible for “Upward movement”
