If you see same MHTCET cutoffs or opening and Closing Rank and Marks for different rounds mean the admission were closed in earlier round and no additional admissions made the current round. MHTCET Cutoff 0 (Zero) mean either no one in that category has taken admission or that seat is only available to gen category.
