About JEE Main 2024
The JEE (Main) 2024 will be conducted twice in the year January and April. This will give one more opportunity for the aspirants to improve their scores in the examination. If in the first attempt the aspirants will get the first-hand experience of taking an examination and knowing their mistakes which they can improve while attempting for the second time.
This will reduce the chances of dropping a year and droppers would not have to waste a full year. If anyone missed the examination due to reasons beyond control, then the aspirants won’t have to wait for one full year. Aspirant’s best of the two NTA scores will be considered for the preparation of Merit List/ Ranking.

JEE Main 2024 Eligibility
- No Age Limit
- Aspirants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent at least two years before the appearing year. Aspirants appearing for the exam in the present year will also be eligible.
- The final examination of the 10+2 system, is conducted by any recognized Central/ State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education.
- For Paper I (B.Tech) admissions into IITs, NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs, the candidates should have to secure a minimum of 75% marks (65% for SC/ST category candidates) or should fall under the top 20 percentile of their respective boards.
- For Paper-II (B.Arch) – Should have scored 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 10+2 or equivalent.

Candidates have to apply for JEE (Main) Online only by visiting JEE Main or NTA. The Application Form other than online mode would not be accepted in any case. Only one application can be submitted by the aspirants.

- Click on the link to register and complete the registration process by entering the required credentials.
- Upon successful registration, the application number is generated and the password is set.
