IIT BHU Varanasi M.Tech Admission 2024: IIT BHU Varanasi invites online applications for admission to M.Tech M.Pharm Programmes in various disciplines for the Odd Semester of 2024-25 Session. The Institute has ten Engineering three Science and Humanistic Studies Departments and three Interdisciplinary Schools that offer PG programmes.
IIT BHU Varanasi Admission portal for admission into M.Tech / M.Pharm Programmes for Odd Semester of the Academic Session 2024- 25. The authorities will also conduct a written test and an interview as a part of the selection process.
Application start from March 2024 and closed on April 2024
Applications are accepted only online on IITBHU official website. Candidates whose qualifying examination results are not declared at the time of the written test/interview may also be considered.

Eligibility for IIT BHU Varanasi M.Tech & M.Pharm Admission 2024
- Candidates should have obtained B.Tech or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline
- Candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% marks / 6.0 CPI (on a 10.0 point scale) in the qualifying degree.
- Candidate must be qualified for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) for M.Tech. Programmes & Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) for M.Pharm.
M.Tech / M.Pharm 2024 Selection Criteria
M.Tech./M.Pharm Programme Candidates shortlisted on the basis of GATE/GPAT Score, which is valid and above the qualifying pass mark may be selected for M.Tech./M.Pharm. programmes either on the basis of their GATE/GPAT score or written test or interview or on the basis of any combination of these as declared by the individual department/school.
