GATE 2022 has observed that a smaller number of studetns appeared in the exam compared to last year. It should be noted that highest number of students appeared belong to Civil Engineering with 100043 students for GATE 2022. Mechanical Engineering follows Civil Engineering with 89569 students appearing for GATE 2022. Here we present a list of major branches and the number of students appeared in GATE 2022.
