Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) Mumbai invites applications for admission to Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Textile Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Eligibility for admission:
Any candidate who is citizen of India and has passed an examination for four years Degree of Bachelor of Engineering/Technology of the University of Mumbai or any equivalent degree is deemed eligible for admission to the post graduate programmes leading to Masters of Technology (M. Tech.) in specific branch in which the candidate has obtained the Bachelor’s degree. For further details refer to official site.
The clarification for equivalent degree is as given below. The candidates with
equivalent degree also are those
- who have passed the section A and section B examination conducted by the Institute of Engineers (India) or
- who have passed Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India) examination
are deemed eligible for admission to M Tech programmes.
If sufficient number of GATE candidates is not available, Non-GATE candidates will be considered for the admission for vacant seats in the GATE category only.
