Top Engineering College in Karnataka (KCET) 2018 is done based on KCET cutoffs and college predictor for the year 2017. Using cutoffs for ranking institutes gives a great absolute way to rank the institutes rather than some relative criteria that neither can be measured not of any interest to the students and parents alike. These colleges can considered for M.Tech in similar order.
We have been collecting cutoff information from official sources for a long time and organized information in a way to make it easy for students to see where they stand chance of getting admission into. That also helped us to figure out what is student choice when it comes to choosing a place to study.
Cutoff shows students’ choice for given institute and that also tell what kind crowed is found around the class and campus. Most importantly it gives a statistical based way to assess institutes. Being a computer science guy, I would prefer to make decisions based on data.
For ranking we considered cutoffs in KCET 2017 for 4 common departments, this also help us to reduce bias and error in ranking. Included departments are Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.

All these are extremely nice colleges and adjacent college can be considered as same ranks. Its was really hard to say one is better than others in case on next to next rank colleges. Like Collage ranked 15 is not too different from college 14 or 16. All these colleges are great in their respective positions.
