        HI

I did my B.E in mechanical engineering in 2009 with an aggregate of 62.1% from Pune University. After that I was on job as Engineer in a small crane manufacturing company for 1 year. Doing M.Tech was always on my mind so i thought to change the field of work from company to college as a lecturer so that I could remain in touch with studies and hence clear GATE 2011. But I could not clear GATE. But then i took admission in M.Tech -Computer Aided Design in a reputed government university and completed my M.Tech this year 2013, August with a good CGPA 9.01. Another thing that would like to share is that I am a married lady. So I just want to know whether going for PhD is the right option or should I work then enrich my experience before going for PhD. I am really confused at this point of time. Also if i go for job will my experience be counted as it is pre-M.Tech?
