average nits or good universities !

    which one to prefer for m.tech admission?
    nits which comes after first 10/15 nits(like NE region nits,new nits)
    or good universities like jadavpur university,BESU,anna,delhi etc

    To me personally I would get totally confused but Jadavpur and ISM are ranging IITs I would opt for one of them.
