The Arunachal Pradesh State Council of Technical Education (APSCTE) is the official authority that conducts the APJEE admission. It is an autonomous body conducting the Arunachal Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (APJEE 2024) On the basis of the APSCTE, the selected candidates are selected for admission in various technical & professional courses. APJEE 2024 Eligibility
- Diploma Courses : Passed Class 10th (Class 10th (Science) for Diploma in Pharmacy and Class 12th for Hotel Management & Catering Technology) or equivalent from a Govt. recognized Board with minimum 35% in aggregate. Should have passed Science and Mathematics in Class 10th for Engineering courses
- Age limit : 15 to 21 years as on 31st December 2024.
However the upper age limit of SC/ST candidates is relaxable by 3 (three) years. - Children of Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST), children of Non-APST employees of the State Government, the Central Government & the Central Public Sector Undertakings serving in Arunachal Pradesh and all the others residing in Arunachal Pradesh for the last 3 years or more and who have appeared/passed the qualifying examination of Class X/XII from any of the schools within Arunachal Pradesh are eligible to apply for Counseling.
Reservation Criteria of APJEE 2024
Candidates must fulfill eligibility criteria based on which candidates will be placed in two categories for which they must fulfill the following criteria:

APJEE 2024 Application Form
The registration and allotment procedure for Diploma seats broadly involves the following stages:
- Candidates are required to click on “Fresh Candidate Registration” and carry out the steps for registration. Please note your “Application No.” for your subsequent logins.
- Verifying Mobile Number using OTP
- After mobile verification candidate dashboard will be displayed as below to complete the further steps
- Online registration and payment of fees
- Verification of category and other certificates by state centers,finalization of registration
- Online choice filling, saving and locking
- Seat Allotment
- Online reporting to the allotted Institute / Directorate (in case of allotment in institutes of other States) within the stipulated dates.
- Personal reporting to the allotted institutes for final admission.
APJEE 2024 Application Fee
As per the Reservation Policy of the APJEE the distribution of the seats amongst the various categories will be as mentioned below:

APJEE 2024 Merit List
Merit List will be prepared separately for Cat-I and Cat-II candidates.
- For all Diploma Courses, marks in the qualifying examination of Class X in the subjects of English, Maths and Science will be considered for preparation of the Merit List. In case of a tie, marks in Maths+Science will be considered followed by marks in Maths only and then by marks in Science only. Even if there is a tie, the older candidate will be ranked higher than the younger candidate.
- For Hotel Management and Catering Technology, marks in five best scoring subjects of Class XII will be considered followed by the age of the candidate in case of a tie older candidate will be ranked higher than the younger candidate.
- For Pharmacy, merit will be on the basis of aggregate percentage of marks obtained in Class XII (Science) with English, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics, Biology,
Biotechnology, and Computer. In case of a tie, marks in Physics+Chemistry will be considered first, followed by marks in Chemistry only and then by marks in Physics only. Even if there is a tie, the older candidate will be ranked higher than the younger candidate.
