After a careful survey and study I made a list of private engineering colleges and state universities that offer M.Tech or MS in Haryana. As AICTE is strict in giving permission to run Masters in Engineering program, these colleges can also be considered as top engineering colleges in Haryana.
For Admission into these colleges in M.Tech, please search for the contact details and call them directly. Please do not hesitate to call them for admission information. Mostly they give an ad in local news papers for admissions to M.Tech program.
You may find Haryana state universities added to list as they also admit student on their own test or interview, definitely they give preference to gate qualified candidates. But mostly non gate students will also get chance in these universities.

don’t go for any college in Haryana ever especially for master programme.i am also from haryana (faridabad).they don’t have good faculty ,infrastructure and most important placement and never ever think about your research work .coz even department HOD holds only a master degree from a lala college.you can see that these colleges are DEAD MAN WALKING colleges.believe me or you will regret for your whole life

In the above listing you have given two computer science courses alongside Kurukshetra University. But actually KU offers an M.tech in Computer Engineering through its UIET and an M.tech in Computer Science and Engineering through its Department of Computer Science and Engineering. I’m confused in this regard. Can you please specify the sources from which you gathered the info regarding KU.
