IIT Jodhpur PhD Admission 2024 Mode of Admission
For admission to the program, there will be a preliminary shortlisting depending on the academic background. Candidates who satisfy the shortlisting criteria need to appear for a written test and/or an interview.
Admission an based on online written tests or interview-based. If you are called for the Written test/Interview you need to carry all your documents, a printout of your application, payment reference document, and certificates with you.
IIT Jodhpur PhD Admission 2024 Eligibility
(i) Candidates admitted in this category shall not be registered students in any other academic program
in India or abroad, and shall not be full-time or part-time employees of any organization in India or abroad.
(ii) The applicant must have a master’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, agricultural science, science, humanities, social sciences, or management with at least 60% marks or at least 6.0/10 CPI or CGPA for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PD),
OR
The applicant must have MBBS with MD/MS, BVSc with MVSc, BDS with MDS, BPTh with MPTh, BOTh with MOTh or equivalent with at least 60% marks or at least 6.0/10 CPI or CGPA for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PD) in bachelor’s degree,
OR
The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree of a minimum four-year duration in engineering or science or medicine or pharmacy or agricultural science or veterinary science or equivalent with at least 70% marks or at least 7.0/10 CPI or CGPA for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC (65% for SC/ST/PD).
