      NOPE I dont think so. GATE 2013 scores are valid for one year.

      To answer you question. You must apply to IIT MS program for sure because its not just based on GATE scores, there are interviews and other factors involved.

      Because of PSUs and other factors this year admissions will be much of guess. Dont miss out any chance thats what I say.

      I would be very difficult to get into M.Tech. On the same time there will be a lot more probability of getting into MS in IITD.

      MS admissions are mostly given based on GATE score as well as interview. The plus is you have a year experience too.

      To me personally I would get totally confused but Jadavpur and ISM are ranging IITs I would opt for one of them.

      Let me either put my views in a video or a post.

      Yes of course you got to give all possible efforts to get into IITs. You can touch for sure new IITs at last rounds or at least NITs. NITs will have a common admissions so just wait a bit : )

      640 looks difficult but you can get into to low tier old IITs and new IITs for sure. Dont miss trying, and thanks for following : )
