    This is Ranjan. I am an Android Designer/Developer with 5 years of Android Experience and 8 years of total experience. I work in a big multinational software company.
    
    I want to pursue some research work in Mobile Technology. Would you like to answer my following questions.
    
    Is it possible to be involved in PhD program without Masters degree provided my expertise in this domain?
    
    Is it possible to continue my work and research work simultaneously?

    Yes this also possible. In IITs and NITs you need finish certain time there to be eligible for converting the full time PhD to part time PhD.
    For full time PhD Indian Government gives scholarships. So consider it before making a call for converting full time to part time PhD.
