@samrat is ur gate marks more than 25??
@ankit try for some nit’s like hamirpur, jalandhar, durgapur…or else some deemed universities like manipal, bitmesra, if u do well in interviews then u ve good chance
@abhinav try applying for south indian nit’s as they are top.most of the time ur gate score matters than percentile n rank
@ankur u ve good chance of getting into nit nagpur, surat, rourkela, keep in touch with ec subjects as it ll help in preparing for interviews n tests
@ullas try for nit’s like jalandhar, hamirpur,

for all the above i ve told approximately based on previous yr’s cutoff..so if u feel u ve chance of getting into some institution then just apply.

My gate score is 518, all india rank is 3955, GENERAL. which NIT/IIT can I get. what is the process to apply.

I have got an AIR 989 (EC) (General), and have a gate score of 663.Are there any chances for me to get into IITs? Which other colleges are good for VLSI and Microelectronics?

@Ritesh apply for guwahati and roorkee iit, if u do well in der interviews and tests surely u will get in either of the one. and i feel der is no need to try for other colleges other than iit’s for ur rank

I got 561 score in gate 2012 and belongs to sc. Last time i got NIT suratkal but i didn’t go.Can i get the same college this time(i.e in 2013) or at-least one of the top NITs. Present I am doing a job in IT company.I need to take decision whether to stay in the company or to quit.
