M.Tech IT (courseware Engineering)
Eligibility:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering & Technology in any discipline or equivalent / M.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PD).
Note: However, candidates who have appeared / are due to appear at the qualifying examinations (B.E. /B.Tech/M.Sc. ) may also apply and such candidates, if selected, will be admitted if they can submit valid proof of their passing the qualifying examination with required percentage of marks at the time of Interview. If the results are awaited on the date of interview such selected candidates shall have to submit the mark sheet of the qualifying examination within 3 months from the date of commencement of 1st semester classes failing which or if the candidate is found to be not eligible in terms of percentage of marks obtained, his/her provisional admission will be cancelled.
Selection Procedure:
1. Qualifying Exam. Result (B.E/B.Tech /M.Sc. ): 50 marks
2. Interview and/or Admission Test : 50 marks
An admission test covering the following aspects would be taken:
Computer knowledge, Programming Aptitude. Analytical Reasoning abilities, Logical Reasoning abilities, English Comprehension.
