Good Morning sir

I was a M.Tech (control and instrumentation) student at DTU (Delhi technological University) in 2011-2013, but after 1st year I got selected as a Scientist B in SAMEER ( R and D Lab of Depart. of Information tech. Govt of India).
Before joining I applied for extension and got an extension of 4year(2011-2015) from DTU. Now I want to complete my rest of the M.tech course but span period is going to be over in 2015.

so please give me your kind suggestion. also let me know if there is any possibility to further increase the span period.

Can I do M.Tech as distance education from KSOU and in future will I be eligible to switch the job ( from current organization to other organization like DRDO) or to do PHD.
