    Sir, in ur video of m.tech admissions 2013;u hav suggested that those who got ranks below 1000 can apply for iits.sir can u please suggest that cutoff for the reservation candidates.can u just suggest a boundary for sc/st/pd candidates so that they can apply for some top 5 iits?.thank u sir. note:sir im nt exhibiting my rank as ur wish 🙂 thanku sir.
