    Sir i am an average student doing MCA(Final Sem.) with 71%(10th), 66%(+2), 64%(BCA), 9.26(MCA 5th) score. I want to do MS in CS. Is it possible for me to get a good university to do MS abroad with scholarships..???? Suggest some good and tuition free university in Europe where i can gate scholarships and if possible tell me the cost or expenses….Please do reply SIR.
