        What are my chances of getting into IITs or NITs or HCU

        you can get MS program in new IITs. you must fill IIT Mandi for MS program. keep checking. One of My friend doing MS from there with 3300 rank in GATE 2012 in gen category. you can also get some of NITs like durgapur, agartala, hamirpur, silcher. Apply to all new IITs in MS program. all the best.
