Respected sir,
I am Physical handicapped student. I qualified GATE-2011 CSE got 31.0 Marks. But because of some reasons i could not take admission to M Tech. This year GATE-2012 i got 27.0 Marks. This year I want to take Admission to MTech. Which one score is better to use ? I mean 2011 or 2012. Is there any chance in IIT’s or NIT’s. What is the cutoff marks for Physically handicapped students ? Please provide me details . Thanks
