If you have a strong GATE score as an instrumentation student, choosing between M.Tech and PSUs depends on your career goals—PSUs offer job stability and good pay, while M.Tech can lead to specialized roles, research positions, or even international opportunities. For M.Tech, top branches to consider include Control Systems, Embedded Systems, or VLSI Design, all of which offer strong job prospects.
