OCEAN OBSERVATION PLATFORMS 6 Eulerian-Langragian – Ship Based Observations, Surface Drifters, Moored Data Buoys, Tsunami Buoys, Argo float, Gliders, Satellite Based Observations, Challenges Associated with Underwater Measurements, Fouling-Corrosion.
