Environmental Clearance- EIA in project cycle. legal and regulatory aspects in India – types and limitations of EIA -EIA process screening – scoping – terms of reference in EIA- setting – analysis -mitigation. Cross sectoral issues -public hearing in EIA- EIA consultant accreditation.
