- To demonstrate various techniques to learn the morphology, identification and propagation of microbes

- Microscopic Methods in the Study of Microorganisms., Microscopic identification of yeast/mould
- Staining Techniques Simple, Differential- Grams Staining, spore /capsule staining
- Quantification of Microbes: Sampling and Serial Dilution; Bacterial count in Soil – TVC
- Effect of Disinfectants- Phenol Coefficient
- Antibiotic Sensitivity Assay
