Course Objectives:
- To train the students in CAD used for designing of garments.

- Introduction to tools and workspace of image editing software & vector software
- Development of motifs suitable for printed textile and woven textile
- Development of woven fabrics designs – plain, twill, satin and denim
- Development of technical diagrams -T-shirt and trousers
- Illustration of Kids romper (all over print)
- Illustration of Kids frock (lace)
- Illustration of Mens T-shirt with a chest print design
- Illustration of Mens Basic formal shirt (checks and plaids)
- Illustration of Mens Basic trouser (solid combos)
- Illustration of Womens long dress (all over print)
- Illustration of childrens school uniform.
- Illustration of Womens maternity wear with functionality.
