Course Outcomes:
At the end of the course the students would have the knowledge to
- Understand the various laws and associated Authorised bodies and functions and responsibilities.
- Analyze the testing and labeling regulatory requirements with respect to food packaging
- Maximize knowledge to FSSAI, associated with and laws, regulations and the monitoring agencies involved food safety, labelling of foods, and international bodies.
- Elaborate registration and obtaining license from FSSAI, Packaging laws and regulations.
