Course Outcomes:

After completion the above subject, students will be able to understand

  1. To be able to understand the importance and objectives of Power System Grid.
  2. To be able to know and understand the concept of a smart grid;
  3. To identify and discuss smart metering devices and associated technologies.
  4. To be able to get an overview of Microgrid and Electric Vehicle Technology.
  5. To be able to have an up to date knowledge on the various computing technologies; to understand the role of Big Data and IoT for effective and efficient operation of Smart Grid.
