INTRODUCTION TO LANGUAGE AND LINGUISTICS 9 Communication in humans and animals. Language in humans- definition, function and hypotheses of evolution. Some concepts of language- Phonetics, Phonology, Morphology, Syntax, Semantics, Pragmatics.

ENGLISH- READING, WRITING, PRESENTING 9 Reading and writing. Language comprehension skills through reading and writing. Presenting information and ideas. Simple exercises.
