OBJECTIVES:
To impart knowledge about the overhauling of equipments associated with Main Engines, Auxiliary engines and auxiliary machines
MAINE ENGINE
- Study of Lubricating oil cooler
- Study of Jacket water cooler
- Study of Scavenge Air cooler
- Study of crank case inspection and bearing clearances
- Fuel injection valve and pump
- starting air valve
- cylinder relief valve and indicator cock
AUXILIARY ENGINE
TOTAL : 60 PERIODS
OUTCOMES: At the end of the laboratory course the students would have the ability to
