Projectile And Rapier Weaving

Classification of shuttle less weaving machines -Advantages and disadvantages of shuttleless weaving machines.
Manufacturers of shuttle less weaving machines.

  1. Projectile: Sulzer projectile loom – Salient features -Loom timing diagram -Working elements – 8 Stages of weft insertion –
  2. Working of Torsion bar picking mechanism – receiving unit- Brief study of Cam shedding – Cam beat up mechanism- Tuck in selvedge –
