Apparel Quality Control

Terminologies in Quality – Importance of Quality – Importance of Raw material inspections – 4 point and 10 point fabric inspection systems -Importance of In-process inspection – Final inspection and its types -Study of Quality control tools (7 tools – Cause and effect, Check sheet, Control chart, Flow chart, Histogram, Pareto chart and Sorting) AQL Inspection – Sampling procedure, AQL Standards.
