Life Data Analysis
Data classification – Non parametric methods: Ungrouped, Grouped, Complete, Censored data -Time to failure distributions – Probability plotting: Exponential, Weibull – Goodness of fit tests -Survival graphs.

Unit III

Reliability Estimation
Series parallel configurations – Parallel redundancy – m/n system – Complex systems: RBD approach – Bayes method – Minimal path and cut sets – Fault Tree analysis – Standby system.
