Intracellular protein sorting and secretion as well as endocytosis. Cytoskeleton and cell motility.Extra- and intracellular signal transduction.Differences and similarities between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.Microscopy methods for structural analysis of the eukaryotic cell.Overview of differences in prokaryotic and eukaryotic DNA.
