LEAN TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES

Unit V
LEAN IMPLEMENTATION IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
Lean construction implementation- Enabling lean through information technology – Lean in design -Design Structure – BIM (Building Information Modelling) – IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) -Sustainability through lean construction approach.
