MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PROCESS IDENTIFICATION Alloy Structure Equivalency – Phase Formation and Identification – Mechanical Strength -Hardness -Part Failure Analysis – Fatigue – Creep and Stress Rupture – Environmentally Induced Failure Material Specification – Composition Determination – Microstructure Analysis -Manufacturing Process Verification.
