  1. Open circuit characteristics of D.C. shunt generator.
  2. Load characteristics of D.C. shunt generator.
  3. Load test on D.C. shunt motor.
  4. Speed control of D.C. shunt motor.
  5. Open circuit and short circuit tests on single phase transformer (Determination of equivalent circuit parameters).
  6. Load test on single phase induction motor.Minimum of five experiments to be offered from the list. Additional one or two experiments can be framed beyond the list or curriculum
