GENERAL OVERVIEW AND PROJECT ORGANIZATION 6 Introduction – Interdisciplinary nature of modern construction projects – execution of project -evaluation of bits – resource management.

PLANNING AND SCHEDULING 6 Introduction – project scheduling – uncertainties in duration of activities using PERT – Project monitoring and control system – resource levelling and allocation – crashing of network.

Course Outcomes:

At the end of the course the student will be able to
