FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTORS 9 MOSFETs – Drain and Transfer characteristics,-Current equations-Pinch off voltage and its significance- Threshold voltage -Channel length modulation, small signal Characteristics, D- MOSFET, E-MOSFET- Characteristics – Comparison of MOSFET with BJT.
