Course Objectives:
The objective of this course is to prepare the students to acquire skill in identify, dismantling and assembling the parts of an IC engine and its subcomponents like Clutch, Front/Rear axle, steering system, gear boxes and suspension systems.

- Dismantling, Measurement and Assembling of Bus engine
- Dismantling, Measurement and Assembling of V8 engine
- Dismantling, Measurement and Assembling of CRDI engine
- Dismantling, Measurement and Assembling of MPFI engine
- Dismantling, Measurement and Assembling of Single plate, Diaphragm Clutch.
- Dismantling, calculation of gear ratio and Assembling of Constant and Sliding mesh gear boxes
- Dismantling and Assembling of Transfer case.
- Dismantling, calculation of gear ratio and Assembling of Differential assembly.

Course Outcomes:
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
